Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues:**
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:**
Certain items can't be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We don't accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.

**Non-Company (OneTouch Medical, LLC) Related Issues:**
For products purchased with a discount or returned due to a non-company related issue, the customer is responsible for shipping fees and the return process. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

**Exchanges:**
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the current one. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

**European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:**
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

**Refunds:**
We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the refund approval. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
